Self v2 provides a 4-week 1:1 life transformation program. We offer coaching services, educational content, and program tracking tools to help participants achieve their personal development goals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Program Participation

4.1 Application Process

Participation in our program requires completing an application and being selected through our assessment process. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.

4.2 Program Expectations

Program participants are expected to:

• Attend scheduled coaching sessions
• Complete assigned activities and reflections
• Engage actively and respectfully with coaches
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants

4.3 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Engage in any behavior that could harm other participants or coaches

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Self v2 platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Self v2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. While we strive to provide valuable coaching, individual results may vary.
