Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No, Self v2 is not therapy or mental health treatment. It's a structured life transformation program focused on self-awareness, personal growth, and breaking through internal resistance. If you're dealing with serious mental health issues, please consult with a licensed therapist.

What is the program based on?

Self v2 is grounded in evidence-based approaches that have been extensively researched and proven effective. Our program integrates principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps you accept difficult thoughts and feelings while taking action aligned with your values; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns; and Motivational Interviewing (MI), which supports your intrinsic motivation for change. These methods are woven together in a practical, accessible format designed for real-world application.

How much time does it require per day?

Hands-on work is about 30 minutes a day. But the program asks you to practice full awareness in everything you do throughout the day. That’s the hard part at first—it will feel demanding—but each day it gets a bit easier as the habits build.

Is it really free?

Yes, during our beta period (estimated 2-3 months), the program is completely free. After beta, the planned price for our 4-week program is $799 for the 1:1 with Self v2 Coach option. Beta participants help us improve the program and provide valuable feedback.

Do I need to show my face or record videos?

For the 1:1 with Self v2 Coach option, coaching sessions use Google Meet video calls. While you can turn your camera off if you prefer, it's not advised as face-to-face interaction enhances the coaching experience.

How is this different from regular coaching?

Self v2 is a highly structured, time-bound program (4 weeks) with a specific focus on recognizing and overcoming internal resistance. Unlike open-ended coaching, it has a clear framework, daily practices, and a defined progression. It's less about talking and more about doing the work daily.

What if I miss a day?

Missing a day is okay - life happens. The program is designed to be flexible, but consistency is key. If you miss multiple days in a row, we'll check in to see if you're still committed to the program.

How do you select participants?

We select 2 participants per week from the waitlist based on their questionnaire answers, readiness for the program, and fit score. The most important factor is your commitment to 4 weeks of daily work.

What happens after the 4 weeks?

At the end of the program, you'll receive a personalized summary of your transformation, including your biggest wins, most common patterns, and a certificate of completion. You'll have the tools and awareness to continue your growth independently.

Can I do this while working full-time?

Yes! The program is designed for busy people. The daily check-ins can be done at any time that works for you - morning, evening, or during breaks. It's designed to fit into your existing life, not replace it.

What if I don't feel ready after 4 weeks?

That's normal! The 4 weeks is a foundation. Transformation is an ongoing process. The goal is to give you the awareness and tools to continue working on yourself. Many participants continue the daily practices on their own after the program.

Why 4 Weeks?

The 4-week timeframe is designed to be long enough to build meaningful awareness and break through patterns, but focused enough to maintain momentum and commitment. It provides a structured framework for transformation, with daily practices that build on each other to create lasting change. The program follows a proven progression that helps you recognize your internal resistance, develop strategies to overcome it, and establish new patterns that you can continue beyond the program.
